There will be many differences specially in culture you have to undetstand first,
because these differences have great influence of how they act in college and schools.
Kenya
  • Primary School in Kenya is from class 1 to 8. All children have to go to Primary School.
  • In the Constitution, English and Kisuaheli are provided as the two official languages ​​of the country. But there are other languages ​​out of 42 ethnic groups who barely understand each other. 
  • In school, children are taught until the age of about 8 years (class 1 to 3) in their native language. These are the languages ​​of the 42 tribes of the country. Then the classes will be held in English. As a unitary "East African" unity language Kiswahili is taught as a foreign language.
